Replaced the first one because I could hear/feel the drive sliding around inside the case. The second one had all three screws rattling around inside the case. Took a chance and opened the case since the drive was still plugged into the USB/SATA board. Installed the screws, buttoned up the case, and it works as designed... No problems since. Buffalo Tech needs to get their China assembly contractor to add loctite or star washers to the mounting screws so they don't fall out during shipping.
